Lancome Flash Bronzer Self Tanning Face Gel

Lancome’s flash bronzer self tanning range was voted by Elle Magazine as one of their top 5 self tanners of 2010 and it is not difficult to see why.

As part of the flash bronzer range, the self tanning face gel is very easy to use. The gel comes in a pump action bottle which allows you to dispense a few drops onto your finger. It may take a little bit of trial and error to find what the best amount is for your skin.

Lancome Flash Bronzer self tanning face gel works on all skin types

The gel is almost transparent with a slight orange tint to it but once applied to your skin and allowed to develop it becomes a natural colour giving a healthy looking and even tan.

The flash bronzer is a very light gel and does not clog up your pores if you are susceptible to oily skin. It is therefore suitable for all skin types and the fake tan lasts about seven days before it needs to be topped up. As you only need a small drop on each application the bottle will last a fair while even if you are using it on a regular basis.

The product does give off a slight odour, but overall it is light and not unpleasant compared with some sunless tanners.

The tan takes an hour or so to develop and once that happens it is very natural looking and doesn’t go to dark or too deep.

The Lancome Flash Bronzer Self Tanning Face Gel comes in a 50 ml bottle. It retails at between £20 to £25 and is available both online and from most Boots and Lancome counters in department stores.
